Refund & Exchange Policy
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately upon received within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returnable/ Refund /Exchange only valid when :
- Defect/Damaged item sent
- Wrong item sent
- Customization detail is wrong (Mistake made by Us)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. For refund/ exchange, We will not be able to process any refunds/exchange for used/worn items/items not in original condition.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For exchanges made for the above situations, shipping costs for replacement item and for returned item will be borne by us.
In the case where you ordered a wrong size and wish to change for a right size, however we will charge you for the shipping fee.
